Tracey has vast experience in the Fiduciary Sector and Private Banking. Tracey’s impressive credentials have made her instrumental in bringing a top company up to date with industry standards. She has worked across multiple international offices, developing a risk management process that is now present in Guernsey, Cayman, and Singapore.
Tracey has a distinct approach to working with clients and intermediaries, and this ensures a consistently high level of service.
Tracey’s objective is to ensure Semper Fiduciary’s position as the first point of call for islanders and offshore clients who are looking for dedicated personal service and exceptional professional understanding.

Lisa has over 30 years’ experience practising as a lawyer. She is qualified in three jurisdictions, including Guernsey which she has called home since 2009. She has significant litigation and advisory experience gained from private practice and also in-house as senior legal counsel. She has commercial and corporate experience. She has significant experience of risk and corporate governance enhanced by her time working for the GFSC.
Lisa holds the Certificate in Company Direction from the IoD, is a member of GIFA, the IoD and the NED Forum.

Jo is an experienced and knowledgeable Independent Compliance Consultant and Governance Risk Professional who has been working in the Guernsey finance industry since 1990.
Jo has experience in numerous areas of the industry, such as Fiduciary, Investment, Lending, and Insurance with roles centred on governance, risk, and compliance.
Jo is also a Fellow of the International Compliance Association and holds the Professional Postgraduate Diploma in Governance Risk and Compliance (2017), along with the ICA International Diploma in Compliance. She is also a Member of CISI, having achieved the Investment Operations Certificate and the CISI Risk in Financial Services Certificate.

Liz has extensive experience in administration and services. Liz has travelled the world as part of her career and has had a varied career in the industry.
Liz has held various executive level roles such as Director, Chief Administrative Officer, and Corporate Secretary at several petroleum and energy companies, their subsidiaries, and worldwide offices. Additionally, she participated in the listing of companies on the London, Toronto, and Australian stock exchanges and has complied with regular reporting obligations to the New York and Oslo Stock Exchanges.
Liz is a Fellow of the Institute of Business Administration, holds the Advanced Diploma in Business Administration from the Institute of Administration and Management, and the Certificate in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors.
BA (Hons), FCCA
Denise graduated from the University of London’s School of Slavonic and East European Studies in 1987 with a Bachelor of Arts Honours in Russian. She then went on to become a qualified accountant with one of the big four in 1989.
Denise has a wealth of international experience having worked in Russia, Kazakhstan, Switzerland, and Africa, and held positions as FD for a number of multi-national listed companies.
Denise is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants.

Jo has extensive experience in the Guernsey Finance sector. As part of her career Jo has worked in private banking, project management, tax reporting, and stockbroking. She has managed high-net-worth individual portfolios.
Jo is a qualified Investment Advisor; she holds the Diploma in Investment Advice. Her association with the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments (CISI) reflects a commitment to professional development and adherence to industry standards.
